For those of you vintage lovers that will be in the Spokane area this weekend you might consider checking out the Funky Junk show.

Funky Junk™ is the fun way to buy local, recycle and keep more of your hard earned green! Come and take a look, stay and play!! Funky Junk is a grassroots Antique and craft show. Funky Junk represents the simple, the pure, and the unaffected ties from the past to the present.

Sounds just like Lu's List's mission right?

[Sale] Friends of the Library Book Sale

Are you in in the mood to read some books?  If so, this weekend would be a good time to check out the Friends of the Library book store.  They are located in the same building at the downtown branch of the Spokane Public Library.  I am suggesting you check out their store this weekend because they are having a winter book sale on Friday and Saturday.  You can find more information about the sale by clicking here.  I will say that on Saturday you can bring a bag and fill it with books for only $3!
